Returns & exchanges
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order following the policy outlined below. You have:
- 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
- 7 calendar days from receiving the return label to send the item(s) back to us.
Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@lovehavelli.com with:
- Full Name
- Order number
- Item(s) you'd like to return
- Reason for return
We will guide you through the next steps, including where to send your return.
To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Return in original condition, including original packaging and tags.
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, marks, or damage.
- All security tags and labels must remain attached.
- Jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if: The seal or packaging has been opened, tampered with, or removed.
Please return each order separately. Combining multiple orders into one parcel may delay your refund processing.
REFUND
Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions above.
If approved:
- Credit/debit card payments: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Depending on your card issuer, funds may appear in your account within 7 working days.
- Gift cards or store credit: Refunds will be credited back to your account as store credit in accordance with our terms.
We’ll keep you updated:
- You'll receive an email once your return is received.
- A second confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.
If items do not meet return conditions:
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund, or apply a partial refund to reflect the diminished value of the returned item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, simply return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
