Our courier partner is Royal Mail. We do our best to ensure your delivery is smooth and on time, however, there may be occasions where delays occur due to customs clearance, issues with local couriers, or local public holidays. These situations are unfortunately outside of our control, though we will always do our best to assist you where possible.
United Kingdom
Free UK Standard Shipping on orders over £190.
Standard UK (3–5 working days) – £5.99.
Next Day UK (1 working day) – £7.99.
- Orders must be placed before 12 noon (Mon–Fri).
- Next Day orders placed before 12 noon on Friday will arrive on Monday.
- Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will arrive on Tuesday.
International
Free International Shipping on orders over £300.
International Delivery (5-9 working days) – £12.99.
For international orders (outside the UK), please be aware that import fees, clearance fees, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to your local customs office.
Royal Mail will usually deliver your parcel to your country, after which your local courier will handle the final delivery. If your tracking shows the status as in your country, we recommend contacting your local courier for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
